This is an interesting lot. Not grown by Inmaculada, but rather processed by them. The farm and mill famed for it's comp-winning exotic varietals have opened up their processing facility to farmers in the community to assist in elevating the output of their neighbours via their Fellows programme. If the way this castillo masquerades as a geisha is any example to go by, it's working very well.

Passionfruit, apricot and mixed berries are joined with jasmine florals for an elegant cup that still punches well above its weight.

ThisĀ lot was produced from cherry delivered by four producers,Ā Monica Lisette, Morera Mosquera, Zoraya Ines Trujillo and Francia Astudillo. After arrival at Inmaculada's mill, cherry is cleaned and sorted then placed in sealed tanks for a six-day anaerobic fermentation that lifts the acidity and reduces the sugar content.Ā Following this, the coffee fruit is transferred to the drying house where a vacuum system offers a stableĀ stable environment to withdraw moisture and humidity where the coffee is dried over 15 days.

This is a 250g box from our Special Release range.

When will my order ship?

šŸ“† All online orders are typically shipped on Wednesday each week to ensure we get the freshest available stock to you. This means anything ordered by midnight on Tuesday is guaranteed to shipĀ on Wednesday, orders placed after this will ship by the following Wednesday at the latest. In some cases, items may ship sooner if we have fresh stock available.

šŸ—ŗ Arrival depends on where you're based ā€”within Johannesburg orders will often arrive the dayĀ after you receiveĀ tracking information, other major centres will usually receive orders 2 days after you get a tracking number in your inbox, outlying areas may take up to 3 days.

šŸ’« We ship free to all of South Africa on orders over R699,Ā for orders below this valueĀ a R70 delivery fee will be included at Checkout.

You can also opt for a store pickup at ourĀ Kramerville Roastery or Rosebank Cafe, just select this option at Checkout. We'll send you a "ready to collect" notification as soon as your order is, well, ready to collect.

šŸŒ We offer international shipping on orders under 2kg (weight includes packaging). For int'l shipping, vvv important to note is that no order greater than 2kgs will be accepted at checkout. Please reduce your shipment weight ā€“ a safe max is 6 boxes of coffee. If you happen to have your heart set on more coffee (!) then just abandon your cart with a note in the "special instructions for seller" window that asks us to raise a quote for shipping your order through to you and we'll get back to you with a cost ASAP.

Unfortunately, the South African postal service is infamous for being the total opposite of a vibe so our int'l shipping is handled via DHL Express Worldwide.
