This lot from Luis Aldana of Finca La Granja in Tolima is the first 100% San Bernardo lot we've ever roasted. And, it's a stunner. 

A natural typica mutation coming out of Guatemala, the varietal is rare in Colombia and known for low yields, big florals, and spice on the palate.

This anaerobic natural expression delivers on all of that, bringing condensed fruit character with warm spice, dominant green grape, and a long finish of cacao.

Lush filters, but brings its A-game in milk, giving big rum and raisin ice cream.
