Strawberry, cranberry, apricot, melon – this one is a festival of fruit on the front. On the finish some tannic balance comes through with hints of black tea and the full richness of dark choc.

A brilliant, clean, and crisp natural. This might feel like restraint from a producer you may be more familiar with for his absurd experimental lots, but if there's one thing Diego and the team at El Paraíso keep doing it's making phenomenal coffees however they approach them.
