A cup as big as the huge pacamara beans it's brewed from, this lot from Higinio Gomez is easily one of our favourite coffees at the moment – on espresso, this might be the most balanced shot we've ever served.

The clarity and elegance of this cup's big tropical sweetness is unmistakable – and vv on-brand for a producer affectionately referred to as 'Don' Higinio for his community-building role as an advocate for quality improvement throughout the region.

Enjoy lush, sweet notes of guava, pineapple, green apple, mint and toffee.
